You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, including unsolicited telemarketing in violation of TCPA, caller ID spoofing for deceptive purposes, or any activity that violates FCC or CRTC regulations.

4. Payment

Fees are as agreed in your service order. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of liability

Yaviline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
